Project ONE (Old Navy Evolution), came out of the need to revitalize and refresh Old Navy’s retail experience. We wanted to capitalize on Old Navy’s unique energy, and keep it fresh & fun, improve sight-lines, and implement learnings from the New Store Prototype design, all the while keeping cost at the forefront of our minds.
- Managed the entire OFI fixture package including travel to Asia
- Designed and developed fixtures for denim, lounge, fitting room pods
- Partnered with marketing, operations, visual merchandising on all aspects of design
- Managed suppliers – shop drawings, prototypes, fixture delivery and install
- Acted as lead on the successful opening of five test stores with the new design
